Animation Jam week 17-18

This is a 30 sec short film we did in two weeks. The task was to make a film based on a given emotion, style and random element. Our style was Craig McCracken, the inventor of the Powerpuff Girls. Our emotion was "optimism" and the random element was "telephone".

Film Jam

In week 6 we had an event called Film Jam, where directors from all over the world worked together with the 1st and 2nd year CA and CGA in mixed groups to make some films under the theme of "Outsider". The result was 12 different films - the director of my group was Alexey and we did this film during the week.

It was a very challenging week, because our option was to work in flash which we weren't too experienced in. Anyway the result was great. I have animated the last scene.

This is a 30 second animatic made for a fictional commercial about popsickles. This assignment was given by Tod Polson, who had designed the characters and the concept.
Benny and me made two versions from our group, this is my version.
